  Weird location, made me nervous leaving my elderly parents there but they had nothing but great things to say. A little walled-off enclave with small bungalows. Quaint!

  The Canadian owner and rest of the staff are lovely - they go out of their way to be helpful and are very welcoming. The cabin was really nice - A/C, fridge and English tv channels a bonus, plus hot water! Bed was really comfy. The food is good here. Only couple of issues which were, 1) the internet was poor and didn't really work in our room; 2) there was a mix up with our washing which delayed us a bit in the morning but got it all back in the end and the owner apologised.

  We stayed with John for a Friday/Sat night weekend trip. He was very quick to respond to our emails full of questions and said that he would come pick us up from the airport for much less then the local companies($20).Since we were only staying for the weekend we wanted to make the most of the trip and John went above and beyond to help us out! We went zip lining at the park up the road from the hotel, and ended up spending the whole next day hiking and exploring. The cabins that John had were just what we were looking for! The Dinners that we had were good. The breakfast that is included in with the room was a perfect way to start our day. The Cabin was clean, and a perfect location. It was about 20 min to the airport, or 20 min to the park/volcano. We would for sure stay here again! We could not have asked for a better host than John, he really made our trip so much easier.

  Nice out of the way spot, cabins are cool. The property could use a bit more care taking. Some things are in need of repair or completion.

  Owner is really nice helped us out a lot. Has small cabins that have room for 7 people. Air conditioning and has a restaurant. Good price too!
