  Excelente servicio al cliente y dispone de restaurant con precios accesibles. Las cabinas son muy agradables y tranquilas, sobre todo para los que gustan de estar cerca de la naturaleza.

  Horrible!! DO NOT book online..they are crooks! We reserved online, and showed up to a rude worker, extremely rude. He saw our name on the computer screen, but refused to let us stay unless we payed again. They took full amount out of our account, but said they did not. We left, and called our bank to cancel our card, but it was too late, and they took $200 out of our account.. I am warning you, they are unethical and will try to fool you into paying twice. The fat man at the desk was so rude, and seemed sleasy. Manager showed up and was no help and said we had to pay againjust a bad experienceplus hotel is far from beach and townbetter places right by beach. Costa Rica is a great place, we loved it, but these guys are taking advantage of tourists.
