I really need 6 stars for this place!
Lovely people run the hotel. Everything is spotless and well maintained. We were in the annexe - 9 beautiful rooms with our own swimming pool!
Definitely the best hotel we stayed in on our Costa Rica tour.
And that would have been true even without the howler monkey parade through the trees just behind us!

Excellent landscaping, it was like a nicely maintained jungle. The rooms were very clean and modern. Probably the nicest place we stayed out of five places on our trip. Close to town without being too close to the noise. Also very close to the local bus stop.

Nice cosy apartments with a lot of vegetation. Good breakfast and really good and friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is inviting 🙂

Beautiful place with a quiet location. The beds are super comfortable and the pool is great. If you are lucky you will see howler monkeys in the morning.

Nice hotel, beautiful cozy decor, close to the beach yet just at the other side of the street from the centre which makes this a more quiet place. Perfect for a good night sleep and peaceful breakfast.

The price for what you get was incredible: walking distance to beach and restaurants plus secure parking. The hotel itself was great, well kept room with plenty of hooks to hang wet towels / clothes, a small TV and a big / big plus A.C. in the room. The pool was relaxing as well and got to see 4 howler monkeys walking thru on the power line.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Gutes Frühstück, Buffet mit Toast, Rührei, Früchten, Müsli, Joghurt,

Zimmer sind groß, Safe, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. WLAN ausreichend schnell und überall empfangbar.

Die Inhaber arbeiten selbst im Hotel und sprechen nativ deutsch. Wenige Minuten bis zum
Strand.

We were extremely happy with our two day stay at the Hotel Belvedere. The hotel is set at the top of the town of Samara, but still a quick five to ten minute walk to the beach. We felt this location was ideal.
At check in our Swiss hostess showed us our room and got us acquainted with the area. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and very charming. The grounds are filled with tropical plants that are very well maintained. I think all the rooms have pool views.
