Popped in for lunch and the hanging bridges. This place has new owners and a new name; Las Heliconias.
The staff are outstanding. The boss runs a great operation. The chef offers amazing foods and can accommodate kids and special meal requests. Having instant access to coffee, tea, and snacks was helpful. I preferred their on-site trails over the National Park: a lot less people, more animals, hanging bridges, and no mud! Understand this is a rainforest on the side of a volcano: the weather can be windy, rainy, and to some, chilly. The hotel could improve on their signage and use of basics like toliet paper holders in the bathrooms.
Didn't stay here, only did the walk which was lovely and Kevin at reception was fantastic!
New management. It looks like they're getting better by the day.
Está muy descuidado actualmente (puentes y senderos)
Los puentas fue muy divertido
The most relaxing place on Earth
A déconseiller vivement.
