I enjoyed the meal here at Hard Rock. We got exactly what we were looking for, a decent meal with some great options for our kids. The kids enjoyed the chicken nuggets! They do have a kids menu, but it’s not printed, you have to ask.

I am a Diet soda drinker, and they did not have any diet soda. We also ate on the earlier side (5pm) so not all desserts were available when we wanted dessert. That was disappointing.

My favorite part of the meal was watching my daughter and nephew dance to Taylor Swift and Pharrell. There were really getting down!!

Stopped in on our last night in town
Service was great! Very energetic and friendly service. Chicken and pineapple quesadilla was amazing! We really enjoyed our time there.

We came here immediately upon arriving to Coco and had the best nachos and drinks ever! The bartender was super friendly and you could tell he loves his job. Will be back before we leave this week!

We had an Ice Cream Sunday that was not good. Tasted like the brownie had freezer burn on it. Nuts were soft and tasted old. Service was great and very nice so I gave 2 extra stars for that even though our main goal was good food.

Food and service were both good. Nice atmosphere, well decorated. English environment is occasionally welcome when you're on a foreign country. Nice gift shop.

Stopped in on a hot day for a beer. Great service and advice from the bartender. That was worth the 2 stars. Unfortunately it's way out of sync with the prices locally. Really expensive. Then to cap it all off we always get a magnet from all the hard rocks, usually over priced at around $6. But here $23!!!!! That is insane!! It's a magnet! Will not be going back.

Do not go here!!!!!!! I ordered a simple chicken club sandwich and it was absolutely terrible. The taste was so bland for starters. One half of the bread was toasted and the other was soft. The chicken was also cold, so I asked the waitress if it's supposed to be like that she said "yes," then asked if I wanted it warmed up so I agreed. Brought my sandwich back but that made nothing better. I then asked for some type of condiment, and still, no change to this mess of a sandwich. I asked for a refund, nope only a 20% discount. So yeah do not come here, overpriced and not worth it!

I ordered a salad and it came out looking like soup. Service was slow and waitstaff was very inattentive. On top of all that it was horribly overpriced. You could eat much better food at 1/2 or 1/3 the price at many other local restaurants within walking distance.

Worst service in any restaurant me or my parents have been to! Shakes came out completely meltedoh and after we were waiting an hour for them. Food came out 30 minutes later cold and Mac and cheese had no cheese on it. Went up to the bar to pay after 2 hours. Little kids were trying to go up and sing with the band.
