Their pizza is tasty, prices are okay especially for a place located in Manuel Antonio. The staff is awesome, very friendly and food is served quickly.
We stopped here for the pizza, which turns out to be the thin crust style fired in an oven where you can watch the guy putting it together. The pizza was good, but light on toppings. The service is leisurely, but since we could watch the neighborhood monkeys climbing through the rafters, it didn't matter. There are specialty drinks, I'd recommend the PainKiller, it helps the sunburn from the nearby beach! Theye WiFi, so it's a plus if you've got Americanized kids like we do!
It is expensive ($100 for our party of 5, with drinks included), so if you're on a budget there are probably better options.
The pizza is pretty good, and the restaurant is clean and nice. The best thing (during hot days) is the high ceilings populated by many ceiling fans (no A/C). The vegetation around the restaurant is lush, and many animals can be seen around the perimeter of the facility. We saw several "titi" monkeys and a sloth within 20 feet of the back of the building.
Busy, waited about ten minutes, then we were seated beside the Wagon overlooking the jungle. Three separate pizzas came after being served our drinks and s reasonable wait. Everyone liked their pizzas: Hawaiian; Wagon and Margerita. Service was good and restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant - families couples and groups :)
They speak English pretty well and accommodated our special request. I got a pizza without cheese, and my daughters wanted a half and half. We also for the fries appetizer which was okay, they had extra crunchies on them which I didn't like much, and they were greasier than what I like. My husband got the nachos which he loved, I tasted the black beans and they were fresh.
They seated us by the road since we had kids with us which was annoying since it was my birthday.
Incredible food and superb quality. Personal is super nice and is not pricey. Eating in the wagon is a must, it has A/C
Their pizzas are very good. Me and my wife paid less than 13,000 colones for one pizza and 2 wine cups, and we were satisfied. It doesn't have a view to the ocean but there's trees around, we saw a monkey and other animals around. Very cool place!
Tasty pizza and hamburger. Good service. Reasonable price!
Good pizza and especially for Manuel Antonio, decent pricing. My family and I went here two weeks ago and each ordered a pizza which came out to be $15 each. Good service and an authentic feel to the place with their hard wood furniture. Not the best pizza in the world but could very well be the best pizza place in Manuel Antonio.
Pretty good pizza being outside of the US. Finished two of them between two of us. They are bigger than the 12 inches on the menu. I love cold beer and the beer here is ultra cold. We got lucky and got to see a barrel of Congo monkeys swinging by.
Wrap was good but the plates come without any sides. These have to be ordered in addition to the plates and this wasn't mentioned when ordering. This was disappointing given the plates are fairly expensive. Also, service was so-so. We really felt like "just another customer". Decor is nice. Would eat here again for a quick bite but not for the experience.
The food was quite good! The service was okay. We ordered fruit pineapple smoothies and they were very tasty! We also ordered the chicken nachos as an appetizer and pizzas for our entree. The pizzas were very good and got there before our nachos. The nachos were tasty but a small portion. The total cost was just under $30. The restaurant does not have walls and at one point a monkey was climbing on the ceiling!!
Beautiful restaurant! The views at this restaurant are breathtaking, in the jungle surrounding Manual Antonio National Park. Very clean place, even the restrooms were probably the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I've ever seen. Staff was above and beyond friendly. Our waitress stopped us as we were about to leave to let us know we overpaid her. And another employee there, Cesar, informed us that we had a flat tire and even offered to let us borrow his air compressor to let us put air back in our tire. We will definitely visit this place again if we're in the area. I highly recommend it, pizza was so delicious!
Best pizza in Manuel Antonio!
The cool pizza oven here gets fired up everyday and they put it to good use. Great spot to overlook the jungle, enjoy a cold beverage and eat some decent food. They have options other than pizza but don't pass the pizza up!
The pizza was good. Nachos were serious, must order. Would go again. Great view.
The Pizza here is absolutely AMAZING!! I had to go to 2 times in a row because i loved their pizza so much ;)
Great pizza. Not sure if I'd sit in the rocking chairs again though.
Great pizza and service. Very friendly staff. Jungle all around the restaurant, does not have ocean view but the jungle is lovely.
This place has amazing wraps! The fish and chicken wraps are something to crave and the wood-oven pizza is delicious. We have been in CR for 2 weeks and have eaten here 4 times so far. The manager here has always welcomed us with a smile and conversation. Great job Caesar (Oscar)!
