  A group of us did the Extreme Canyoneering tour from Jaco Canyoning, and we had an amazing time! We zip-lined, did jumps into rivers, and then did several rappels to descend a beautiful 400' waterfall. On the way, we saw frogs, parrots and beautiful scenery. The guides were amazing -- exceedingly safety conscious and supportive, helpful and fun throughout the trip. The gear we used was top notch.
  
  Our trip started and ended with wonderful meals cooked at their compound. The photos they took throughout the trip were great, and a cool reminder of a truly adventurous afternoon. Thanks everyone at Jaco Canyoning!

  We did the rappelling and zip line tour and had a blast. The first rappel is a little unnerving but it's easy once you get the hang of it. There's about a half mile up hill hike to begin the day.

  Easy communication via emails prior to getting there from the USA. What an amazing time! The whole day out in paradise! Perfect guide, the day was well organized. Memorable!!!
