Sans le vouloir nous avons goûté le cacao utilisé pour faire le cata chocolate à la finca pas loin de bijagua. Ce sont de petites plantations mais de très bonne qualité, la visite de la ferme est très intéressante, je ne peux que recommander ces chocolats

High quality chocolate made on the spot using locally sourced ingredients. They also sell an assortment of good quality local artisanal products. Don't expect Nestle prices for the chocolate; this stuff is high grade.
