This seems to be a family run restaurant which is exactly what we were looking for. This type of restaurant is referred to as a SODAS in Costa Rica. We were the only English speaking people in the restaurant. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Very good meats and fish. You can clearly tell they want to please us and they did. If we return to the area we would definitely return. Don't be fooled by the way it looks from the outside. It is a local roadside restaurant that should be near the top of your list for this area if you want genuine local cooking.

Un lugar recomendado para visitar, pedir un churrasco o una pizza de camarones es siempre una buena opción, incluso un sándwich vegetariano es recomendado. Una buena cerveza alemana para acompañar la comida es importante. El servicio excelente y tienen reposterÃa muy rica.

Always a must stop for breakfast and a travel sandwich for the flight home. Great pastries and breads plus a wonderful beer garden I have not truly experienced yet.
