The location was good. The customer service from the front desk was fantastic. The facility is clean and well appointed. Having a kitchen was very convenient. Why only 3 stars? Because the bed is literally THE WORST BED IN Costa Rica. The bed is hard, advertised as something more than its meager full sized mattress which does NOT fit two people. The pillows are flat, thin and don't bunch up well. There were no extras in the cabinet so we couldn't make ourselves more comfortable. The A/C is noisy, the other guests can be heard loud and clear.
Ultimately I would probably stay here again but I would ask ahead of time for extra pillows and insist on a bed for each person and try to pick a cabin as far away from the other guests as possible.
