Customer service was great, this place has very high value since it's on the beach. The rooms were basic but had very functional AC.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. One of the few beachfront places in jaco with plenty of parking. The restaurant serves great seafood and the staff is really friendly.

Stayed here for 4 nights out of our 8 night trip to Costa Rica for our honeymoon. For the price, we couldn't have asked for more. Our absolute favorite part was the attached restaurant Vista Mar Peru gourmet! Our server was so attentive for every meal we had, brought us whatever we needed to the room, no matter what we had out of 5 meals, was fantastic! We were here during a very rare Tropical storm that hit the country, they handled it well and we felt safe even through the power outage.
Every one is extremely friendly and my only complaint is so minimal, no blow dryer, other than that, the room with the jacuzzi tub and bar in the room and large balcony is worth it!

This place is nasty! Unfortunately I can't get my money back I would never recommend this place. This place is equivalent to a motel 6. I will add more pictures. Here's an example if you are at the pool you must use your room towel. They will not give you a replacement towel.

The bed incredible! If you like sleeping on springs this is the place to be. Add $20-30 more and find a better place. This place is horrible! 30 yr old furniture and room smells the same.

This was a lovely hotel. Inside and out. Great location set back off the main road, but still within walking distance of the shops, bars, stores, and right on the beach! Fun pool. When I went breakfast was provided (and it was delicious!) Kind staff.
Quiet and quaint.
Overall, positive experience with them.

horrible hotel to stay at. We tried to check in back in may 2017 and found out upon arrival the pool was being renovated. We were actually hit in the face by flying pieces of tile while walking next to the pool. When we booked the hotel there was no mention about the pool being out of order not to mention all of the noises from the workers chipping away the tile. When I asked for a refund the manager franklin informed me that I would receive one and wrote down my account information. here we are a month later and I never received a refund. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.

Good location, reasonably priced. Restaurant, Pool and bar onsite. Rooms a little small but the staff was friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the beach in Jaco central.

The pool is small, but it's beach front, which is nice! We decided to cancel our trip with them, because they were difficult to work with, after a 75 minutes of back and forth with Travelocity, they FINALLY refunded my reservation, stupid if you ask me. I give them 4 stars because they EVENTUALLY did the right thing, and the hotel is in a very good location

No hot water for the jacuzzi or shower in suite 1. No Internet ever works. No assistance by management. Staff are very helpful and nice. Nice room but amenities don't function.
Food is excelente Peruvian style but expensive like the rooms. Handicapped accessibility is not in compliance and no elevators are installed yet. There are plans for in the future.
Perhaps the best thing about this place is the Turtle sancuary in front of the police station next door. Currently releasing turtles at 5am every morning the is a hatch thru January.

The location is great! Right downtown Jaco, in front of the ocean with an outstanding view. The rooms are very nice, the staff is helpful and will assist you whenever you need them. The food is fantastic just can't get enough of those ceviches. A great destination for the perfect vacation.
