Amazing experience and wonderful views in the middle of the forest. A bit pricey if you just want to spend few hours.

In all fairness there was a two-fold problem. Our tour operator had us on a 2.5 hr drive one way to spend 1.5 hrs here. Ugh. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on at the spa upon our arrival and there was no one there to guide us through the maze. I assisted an elderly couple on the long walk since they did not have any accommodations to assist elderly from the bottom of the hill all the way up to the spa with the road partially under construction. It appears if you had been there before you would know where to go and please note this is the first spa I have ever gone to where you had to bring your own towel.or buy one of their overpriced ones! I recommend staying away. The customer service is poor and there are plenty of other hot springs in the world where they care about their customers.

Nice place. Hot terminal swimming pools and you can swim in cold waterfalls.

A nice place to come even for a day trip. Transport here can be arranged in the back of a Jeep even. The place itself is was not especially stunning to me, having seen a couple of different hot springs already. The facilities are not very new, but the location of the spa is very beautiful.

They are a few t. We went to the farthest one. The facilities are very old and over prices but the nature and our stay itself was amazing. Food was ok.

Beautiful place that provides a great mixture between the icy cold water from the cascade and the scolding hot water from the pools.
    A must in this region

Beautiful area, the thermal pools are very relaxing. The bed definitely small for 2 people, breakfast ok, internet is ok, you can lose signal inside the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. A good place to get away for a long weekend.

My husband spent time there back in October of 2016. He says it was an amazing experience. the place was beautiful, the people were very attentive and courteous. The landscape was breathtaking-and he even said the waters helped with his lower back pain. Will recommend to everyone!

That's where you go to relax, beautiful cold water cascade that nicely contrasts with the thermal pools.

This hotel is by far one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed in. The hike we took up the mountain was also amazing and the hot springs felt very refreshing. I can't wait to go back here next time I'm in Colombia. If you're looking to stay in a secluded hotel this place will not disappoint.
