Es un hotel tradicional y sus instalaciones y decoración evocan un ambiente tipo colonial. La atención del perro al es excelente, para mencionar algunas características puedo afirmar que son serviciales, amables y muy cordiales. Las habitaciones son grandes, las camas cómodas. Tienen servicio a la habitación y dentro del hotel hay una agencia de viajes turística que. Dentro de la reserva va incluido el desayuno, el cual es tipo Buffet Americano

Es un hotel encantador con una arquitectura antigua muy bella. Se destaca la atención y la tranquilidad para descansar. Lo único que agregaría para mejorar sería el servicio de aire acondicionado ventilación para días calurosos en Pereira. 100% recomendado!

My wife and I booked a 10 nights stayed at this place and to say that we regretted will be an understament. This hotel needs to be demolished and build again the entire facility is about collapse and as far as the staff They were all very unfriendly the only people I found helpful and some what friendly were the people that cleaned our room (correction. That made believe they cleaned the room)take your money to a different location you will be glad you did.
