Horrible. Inconsciencia total Realizan eventos hasta pasadas las 3am generando ruido excesivo en zona residencial. No entiendo cómo duermen sus huéspedes con el ruido que hacen.

Habitaciones: con muchas oportunidades de mejora (piso y tapa del sanitario en mal estado)
Restaurante: ordenas una carne y re la llevan al gusto del cocinero, no he preguntan en qué punto la quieres. Ofrecen desayuno a partir de las 6:15am y a las 6:30 no han terminado de alistar lo que van a ofrecer.

We stayed with my family and in-laws for 3 nights.
First, the bathroom: it was old, a lot of rust on the shower heads, the shower door didn't closed all the way, so if someone showed the floor ended up wet from splash. One of our towels came dirty and I had to change it; or toilet was clogged. We complained about it and they sent a guy with a plunger. He couldn't fix it. The second time we complained they offered to change us to another room. One time I think I must have showed at the same time as another guest because the water pressure was very weak. Lastly, there was a constant dripping sound coming from the bathroom and we could never figure it out.
The room itself was old and the second night the lights went out. The maintenance guy had to fix it.
Breakfast: the coffee was horrible. One of my in-laws had to demand less watered down coffee. Some of the Colombian beads that are traditionally served hot were cold. I have to say that the breakfast staff was very helpful in improving when we asked.
My in-laws next door had similar things happen to them.
Lately, the bathroom at the lobby was also clogged.
The staff: they did not know much about Pereira restaurants ir how to get to tourist attractions, but they really tried to be helpful. They were very nice people running a hotel in bad shape.

Muy buen sitio para ir en familia o grupos. el desayuno es variado y muy bueno las habitaciones son muy cómodas y agradables.

Pésima experiencia, no crean en nada de lo que ven en las fotos. El servicio pésimo también, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, las paredes con moho, el tapete súper sucio, da asco caminar descalzo. Nos tocó una habitación en frente de la calle y se oía todos los ruidos de los carroS y buses. Pésimo!!!!!
