1st room a/c did not function. no light in shower. changed room 2nd day. everything worked. good hot showers. coffee maker in room but no coffee available. had to bring from restaurant. internet good. restaurant missing items on menu

The rooms are quite small but the location is great. The service is also up to par. The rooms come with your standard amenities and have an ok view. Breakfast was included for me at the time I stayed so keep a look out. It is worth it. The rooftop view while having breakfast is fantastic and worth it. The service is great along with a delicious spread.

good room. water n rosella drink/tea r available 24hrs. rooftop restaurant is pretty cool too. walking dist to some small-medium tiendas, burger king, domino, etc

This Hotel deserves recognition for delivering such great service to it's guests. Rooms were clean, security guard was really great with our bags and helping with stopping taxi's. And front desk was more than helpful with any questions and assisting us from check in to check out.
Great team there, and a really handy location for exploring the best bits of Bogota.
