I stayed here for over one week, got to explore a bit, the hotel connects you to sightseeing tours, I went to a coffee farm. This is a 5 star hotel and the service is 5 star, the employees are very accommodating and helpful, they are friendly, polite and professional. There is two restaurants, I enjoyed the Colombian restaurant best, where I ate cassava. Rooms are spacious and cosy. Free wifi. There is a gym and a sauna as well.

Stayed at this five star hotel for four days and it was a pleasent stay, the staff were very attentive, the breakfasts excellent and the facilities very good. My criticisms of my stay are that the bed was Very luxurious but for me was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I had slept on but that is a personal opinion and no doubt would be fine for others. I paid for an upgraded room to executive but did not feel it met my expectations of a five star hotel, three star maybe. It didn't seem particularly larger than the standard rooms and the bathroom was definitely not to five star standard with a plastic bath over which was a flimsy plastic curtain. It is entirely possible to change to a modern glass shower cubicle or even a better bath with a glass screen. It was very disappointing. Finally although the staff were attentive, we ordered food in the room on the first night and was told it would be thirty minutes, in the end it was about 45 minutes, for two bowls of soup. Overall a pleasent stay but in a hotel pushing three stars not five.

Good hotel, good space for business meetings, the food its good too, the rates are very similar to the others in the area, they have a good thing and its that they offer restaurant and hotel room as a plan sometimes in special celebrations like valentines or similar and with a good price. the parking is a little difficult but, its good, plus you are near to trasmilenio, and 68 Av witch can connect you to any part in bogota.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and rooms. The staff are very courteous and always there to help you. Next time I go to Bogota, there is where I'll be staying.

I stay here at least twice a month and LOVE it. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! They have great restaurants as well as a spa and a gym (however the gym is a little outdated)
