I will absolutely stay here again if I need a place near the Bogotá airport. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Clean place and the airport shuttle was very convenient. If you have time, spend a little time in the basement hot tub/spa area.

Beautiful hotel. The room is very roomy. Nice bathroom and shower! The bed is very comfortable. Polite stuff. Delicious breakfast. Very close to the airport with transportation every 30 minutes.

Rooms are comparatively smaller than similar priced hotels. Toiletries are limited. So are towels. Lobby average. Breakfast lunch dinner horrible. Buffet items are limited and no refills. Half the items are never never replenished. Staff looks for tips without providing any service

Airline put us up here when we missed our connecting flight. Very elegant, comfortable and quiet rooms, efficient and friendly staff, and great meals served by accommodating restaurant staff made up for the disruption to our travel plans.

Nice hotel. Cookies, te and lemon water at the entrance. The breakfast is great a lot of options. They cook your eggs in the way that you ask. They have areas too.

I just missed the shuttle so they very kindly got a taxi to take me at no charge so I did not have to wait.
Check in was quick and the room had everything you need and then some.
The next morning a very kind lady at reception called over a gentleman that worked there to assist me as he spoke English. His name was Felipe and he could not have been more helpful. He got me a taxi to take me to my meeting and gave me some great advice on what I should pay.
Just so great to get customer service these days.
Went back there for lunch as the food was lovely too.

I stayed in this hotel for free because Avianca Airlines delayed my flight for maintenance and I missed my connection. Let's leave that until here. The hotel provides free airport transportation every 30 minutes. It is very close to the airport. It is a 4 star hotel.
They offer buffet style restaurant and a la cart. I ate in the buffet and it was delicious. Very good service. They offer free coffee, te, flavored water, and small snacks in the lobby entrance 24/7.
Small business center with 3 computers and free printer.
The gym is small but nice. They have lifefitness treadmills, elliptical, and bicycle. One rack with dumbells and a couple weight lifting machines. 2 flat screens tv fruit flavored water as well as regular water. They also have some mats for yoga and balls.
The spa is nice. For around 13 dollars you can use the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. For other services you must pay.
Free Wi-Fi.
Comfortable rooms, flat screens with cable. No mini bar.
I would stay there again if I had to catch a flight the next day.

Reception staff extremely slow, only the concierge are helpful. Breakfast wait staff sweep anything from the table onto the floor. General lack of care.
Airport to hotel in shuttle 45mins, walking 10mins.
Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. No airport noise at all.
Wifi in my room was nonexistent and wasn't improved at all on my reporting it. No follow up or any offer to change rooms. Wifi outside the hotel is better!response / report this review -
