Una gran opción para desconectarse. Aunque el menú diario es igual para todos, vale la pena disfrutar lo que propone la casa para cada comida. Las habitaciones permiten descansar con tranquilidad. La playa es linda. Es muy tranquilo.

Nice peaceful relaxing place..nice beach although dangerous for swimming..room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. No AC but there were fans and mosquito nets. No running hot water so only cold showers!! Food was very average, high on carbs and lettuce and low on protein. Staff polite mostly..price quoted on phone was cheaper than on arrival so probably better booking through a third party website. Bar with very expensive cocktails on site. No wifi in bedrooms..

Have nothing but good things to say about playa koralia. we spend a week there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. we took a couple of day trips to parque tayrona and our guide was excellent. It does help LOTS if you know Spanish, not in America no more. our second trip was to rio don diego. We floated down lazily for about and hour. It was very nice and not to deep so we went for a dip. Dinner was excellent all 3 meals are included and we never ate the same dish twice!! the juices were all fresh squeezed and the food was all local. Lots of seafood, awesome!!! My wife was a vegetarian and it was not a problem. The rooms we hade was really nice. we had the koralina room. Nice bed, closest to the ocean, a fan and a mosquito net. remember this is an eco resort so no A/C, but we were still comfortable. Although you do get some friends joining you some times. Mostly mosquitos and grass hoppers. The location is remote and tranquil. The beach is isolated!!!!! the best part. We sat next to the water a lot and there was no one trying to sell us anything!! just peace. The resort is expensive, but we found it worth it. The location is very remote, but most taxis know the location due to it reputation. cab fair from santa marta will run you $50-$70 dollars and it cost us $270K Colombian to go from koralia to Barranquilla. FYI. skip Barranquilla if you can there is nothing there to see or do. fly in to santa marta and hang out in santa marta proper it is great. Thanks to the Koralia staff for a great weeks. cheers!!
