We had a great time at Patio de Getsemaní. The true value are the owners. We had two particular issues during our stay, we needed to rent a car when no cars were available in the whole town and we were not able to buy a flight tickets to Pereira with our foreign credit cards. Both things were solved by our very charming, helpful and nice hosts-the owners. They spent in total two hours on phone just to solve the problems for us. And they did, we got the car and the tickets too. The hotel has great location, is calm and very clean. Has working wi-fi. We had a nice breakfast, totally recommend it!

We were so lucky to choose Patio de Getsemani for our base of operations. Leonarado and Esperanza are gracious hosts. They were wonderful to us for all three nights of our stay. The hotel is comfortable with a nice inside area for delicious simple breakfast. The rooftop is a pleasant place to relax at night with one of the beer or so it is they can provide. While the neighborhood is an area with working class people, it was safe. Best of all, unlike most places and Cartagena, you could catch a taxi immediately right out the front door. Most Places have street closures in the old wild city making them hard to access. We would stay here again. The nearby street art is fantastic and there are loads of cafés in bars within three blocks.

Excelente limpieza, y mejor todavía la atención. El lugar es muy cálido y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Si bien no está en el centro de todo, la ubicación resulta cómoda tambien.

What an amazing stay in Cartagena. This place is run by Leonardo and Esperancia who are the 2 nicest people you will ever meet. They not only made us feel at home but made us feel like part of the family. They we so welcoming and helpful, offering advice about where to go, how to get there and what to do. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with good air con, the rooftop was a great place to relax and hang out with stunning views and all the staff were always to friendly.
If your looking for somewhere to stay in Cartagena this is a must!!!

Located in the colorful Getsemani neighborhood, this hotel is a very affordable option to visit Cartagena. Clean and comfortable facilities and an amazingly nice staff, always ready to point you in the right direction to make your stay in the city as memorable and pleasant as possible.
I highly recommend this hotel.
