Como todos os hotéis localizados na cidade velha, dentro das muralhas, esse também funciona num casarão espanhol antigo. É bem localizado, perto de muitos pontos turÃsticos. Se pode circular a pé pelas imediações. Muito tranquilo, exceção dos ambulantes que querem vender de tudo, principalmente os famosos chapéus feitos na região. Esse hotel possui uma pequena piscina ao ar-livre no seu espaço central. Os atendentes esforçam-se para compensar as deficiências materiais da hospedagem.

Excelente hotel para descansar en la ciudad amurallada el precio es cómodo y por sobretodo tiene una excelente atención. Al momento de llegar es fácil ubicarlo además que tiene cerca Carulla 24H para comprar viveres, si llevas vehÃculo hay 3 zonas de parqueo cerca pagas obviamente ($4000/hora). En general el hotel es muy acogedor y cómodo lo único que mejoraria serÃa parte de las instalaciones que al ser antÃguo se busca mejor estado de resto todo excelente.

Bed bugs, dirty rooms, and terrible customer service. Stay away!
Our bed had black spots and, upon closer inspection, bed bugs. The room itself was also old and dirty. We asked to be moved to another room, which was also dirty but didn't appear to have bed bugs. However, we woke up to find that one of our family members had bed bug bites all over his back.
We immediately checked out and asked to be refunded for the night, as well as the other four nights we had paid for. The hotel refused to refund us, claiming that there were no bed bugs in Cartagena, despite the numerous bites we showed them and the fact that multiple other hostels/hotels in Cartagena have been reported to have bed bugs. The front desk employee continued to tell us that we were lying and refused to refund us for the night. We spent over an hour going back and forth, and she continued to refuse--even worse, she didn't even offer an apology for our terrible experience, or seem to show any concern about their hotel having bed bugs. In fact, she told us that they had put someone else in the same room the next night! Eventually we had to leave, and are currently disputing the charge with our credit card company.
Getting a refund for the four nights we cancelled wasn't easy either--they told us they couldn't refund our card and to return that night to receive cash. When we returned, they said they had no cash, and we had to come back the next day. (Our new hotel was 30 minutes away, so going back and forth was not easy.) Fortunately they did have the cash the next day.
There are lots of places to stay in Cartagena for similar prices---don't choose this one!response / report this review -

Excelente ubicación dentro de la ciudad amurallada, no tiene restaurante, sólo desayuno, una pequeña piscina. Necesita mejor mantenimiento

Es una casa restaurada, con las limitaciones que tiene. No dispone de agua caliente. Amabilidad y excelente ubicación para quien busca turistear en el Centro de la ciudad

Simple rooms- air con, cold water, tv, bed. Basic design. The staff were friendly but only spoke Spanish. Quiet area but still close to everything.

LAMENTABLE HABER ELEGIDO ESTE HOTEL. DE LA HABITACION ME ROBARON UNA CAMARA FOTOGRAFICA MARCA CANON SEMIAUTOMATICA Y EL DUEÑO NO SE HIZO CARGO DE LA MISMA, SIN IMPORTARLE NADA NUESTRO RECLAMO. LADRONES Y CARADURAS.
