Location is in a popular tourist area close to the beach, supermarkets, and not far from the city center. Rooms are of average size, free WiFi, and breakfast buffet.

Very disappointing hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights in December 2017. Here are some of the difficulties we faced: The hotel staff did not have maps of the city. Overall English level of the staff was very poor. The cleaning staff were very invasive, and at one point did not knock to enter into our room, even though we were in the shower. The rooms were small, and much smaller than advertised. The room was filled with mosquitoes, which made it very annoying. At one point the staff starting painting or using a very smelly chemical in the hallway which made it impossible for us to stay in our rooms. Please avoid this hotel.

The rooms are not the best, but the staff was very friendly to us and the free breakfast buffet in the morning is delicious. I didn't like the views from the hotel, neither the constant Christian song melody playing in the lobby that one can hear from the room. Everything else was great.

Great place. A 4 star hotel for a 2 star price. Beds are a little hard but the rooms are new and the staff is great. This is my second time here and i highly recommended

Just terrible ! Claustrophobic rooms. Not very clean.
Not what it looks like. There are better places in Cartagena Old town.

DON'T!!! Some of the rooms don't have a window, others just a small one that has no view! Air conditioning with molt! Toilet doesn't flush properly, so it takes a while water pressure of the shower changes many times. Staff promised a better room the next day, but they didn't. No refund of the money for the rest of the booked nights that we wanted to cancel.

I didnt like the view from the window it was ugly but the bed is awesome . Very good size and comfy ! Too many brazilians here . Get out! 🤣

Not much else to say aside from this is a fantastic hotel, the only drawback is that they don't have a pool.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and I felt comfortable at the hotel almost immediately.

This is also one of the cleanest looking hotels, from the bathroom to the sheets I think I may have ever stayed in.

Im not sure If I were to travel to Cartagena again, If I would consider staying at another place.

Tiny rooms, not for two people unless you want to be on top of each other. Very strict check-in and check-out times. Not accommodating at all. You cannot check-in early and cannot check out late. Only one person spoke any English and just an overall bad experience. Would not recommend this place for more than 2 days and just for sleep/shower. Anything else and it won't be pleasant. AC did not work cool enough on the the many hot days in Cartagena. Each individuals experience is different and mine was terrible.

Nice place, good attention and excelent place near to the beach, the only bad thing is that they dont have parking lot and pool. However is a really nice place to stay, recommended!
