The security here was legit. I felt so safe. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel is privately settled closer to residential area and 8min away from the main town via taxi.

Air condition set to very low temp. and not possible to change set point. I had to switch it off by slightly openning balcony door, which is not the best way due to the high humidity outside.

Food is not of very good qualitty.

Pretty decent Hotel with no access to the beach nearby. Limited to their pools only. Junior Suite was very roomy and comfortable. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to bathroom cleanups and not leave any hair from prior guests laying around.

Great staff, great ocean view and good location. Hotel probably needs update and I did not care for the bathroom not being air conditioned. I was in Cartegena for business but for a vacation/leisure trip, would probably give 4 stars.

Service was great, The room's was okay not bad the Air-conditioning worked great. After all it's in Colombia,

    The pool was great,

And it's very close to old Town

But what I didn't like and I'm disagreeing is that you need to pay an extra $54 each day if you wanna bring in a family member or friend

The room wasn't as big as I thought it would be, but my view was exceptional! The room service was always quick and the food was usually hot. Majority of the staff was welcoming but a few showed how frustrated and annoyed they were by my lack of knowing how to speak Spanish. That did not ruin the trip because my overall experience was nice.

There are some nice details like the magrooves on the hallways and the views. You may like the playroom, a couple of pools, one of which have a playground. Food was good both at the pool or at the inside restaurant. We loved the "posta negra" , local Dish, a sweet meatloaf served with plantains.
Breakfast was crowded and service was so so, the coffee had a long wait.
Rooms have a nice ocean view and are ok but there was a moist odor at the begining and mold on the shower and bathroom door.

Stunning view of the sea from the room. Breakfast is excellent but can be improved with regards to variety and an egg station.

Would be nice if the air-conditioner can be controlled. Hair dryer should be an essential standard item provided.

Most hotel staff are not English speaking but can get by with Google Translate.

The check in took more than 30 minutes. Afterwards the room had a bad smell so we had to ask for a change, that took an hour. The staff clicked around in their computers as if they were doing something for 45 minutes. Then they showed us another room, where the humid smell was better. Nevertheless both rooms have fungus. The breakfast has a lot of things but at the end nothing. The fruit is very good. Don't go to this Hotel!!! All the rooms have ocean view but first you see the highway crossing in front of you.

First of all the hotel is almost excellent but I have to say the bad things and the good ones.

    Bad ones:

The hotel is located far from the center or the touristic area so you will have to take Uber or taxi ( I do not recommend taxi I'm going to explain detailed after)

The beach near to the hotel ( crossing the road ) is closed but will be in a couple of months.

    The pools are quite small

The rooms need to be painted looks like dirty in the toilet.

My room 1104 the phone isn't working

The mini bar is sooooooooo expensive. So do not take anything. Red bull by 5 USD? Don't mind it

The exchange rate of the hotel is so low the official exchange rate is 3058.80 per USD but in the hotel the exchange rate is 2870 ¿what? Yes. Bad business for us.

This is not something about hotel it's about taxis service I have to say DO NOT TAKE TAXI EVER. From the hotel to Historical Center or Bocagrande's beach the fee in Uber would be 2-4 USD even cheaper depends on how much crowded are the avenues but if you take taxi would probably cost you 7-10 USD even if you talk Spanish the taxi is going to cost you much more money than affordable so Please DO NOT TAKE TAXI EVER.

    Good Things

    The view is amazing.

The food are exceptional and cheaper than in the center or other place because in the historical center or Bocagrande's beach you would spend 15-30 per person and in the hotel is going to cost 7-15.

There hair dryer is excellent so girls don't mind to carry one

    The cleaning service is excellent

Very close to the airport 4 minutes

The different areas of the hotel are really good.

    Excellent place in almost all.
