Customer service is louzy. They could careless about helping a customer on showing an assembly piece of furniture. Also, once while beinģ there a car got broken into and the security guard did nothing because it was in the parking lot and not inside their premises. I mean, the car was parked right in front of their entrance at the guard's nose. What a shame!

I'm sorry, but the Office Depots "Business Center" here in Cali leave a lot to be desired.

Office Depot seems to be the only location that we have found here in Calley they can even send an international fax.

We went to the one in Chipichapi, and they couldn't even make it go through.

Went to the one by Cosmo Central and they could only send one page at a time. but never mention this to us . I just happen to see him doing what I thought was resending. That's when we were informed that he could only send one page at a time . . . but as this was a two page, Federal document, that was unacceptable . . . AND, subsequently ended up with a major problem on the other end and the lock on the account.

Today we went to have color copies made from an email on card stock. All actually went OK. I then had one of the copies, copied again in black & white.

He gave us a black & white copy and then went to help someone else . . . I asked him for my original back, he said just a minute and started ringing us up . . . subsequently never giving us the stupid copy, with the credit card payment & finalizing the transaction, we didn't remember, and we ended up having to go back AGAIN.

So we went back tonight and nobody could seem to find it . . . I repeatedly asked them to check the copier, however, they felt that as they were using the copier it wouldn't be in there.

But they were using the copier via the feeder they were not lifting the lid and physically putting a copy on the glass . . . after I got a bit perturbed, they finally opened it as if "see it's not there" . . & VOILA !!! . . . There it WAS.

Yes, Office Depot, you're going to have to do a whole heck of a lot better than that to get any more stars from me.

I don't want to think that I may be spoiled by the Office Depot's in the states . . . ALL Office Depots should provide the same support.

Copy of US stores. But staff was very rude. No English spoken, okay. Even speaking Spanish, they didn't want to associate or help Americans.

This place will resolve most of your printing needs (last minute needs) even if it is Sunday at night as they are open 7 days a week until 9pm. That's so useful. You don't have to wait until Monday to get your stuff print out. They also sell a good variety of office supplies.
