  La clínica cuenta con muy buenos oftalmologos que dominan diferentes especialidades como segmento anterior, córnea, glaucoma, retina y vitreo, plástica ocular, optometria, toma de imágenes y exámenes. El lugar es acogedor y fresco.

  Excelente clinica. Tuve una operacion por la Doctora Blanco. Fue una excelente experiencia y me fue muy bien durante y despues de la operacion.

  An excellent eye care clinic that is first world all the way. It's very organized and well run. I just had the Femto Z8 Lasik surgery done exactly one week ago today by Dr. Carlos Rebolledo, which turned out excellent for me. At my follow-up visit the day after the surgery, I could already see the smallest letters on the vision chart. The treatment from the receptionists, payment clerks, doctors doing the tests and examinations, all the way up to the surgeons , was excellent. I have zero hesitation in recommending their services. For whatever procedure that you may be in need of, plus all the necessary exams, and all airfare and hotels, I would be willing to bet that you'd still probaly wind up spending only half of what you'd be spending stateside for the same level of professionalism and service. My only advice would be to those that don't speak spanish on at least a medium high to high level, would be to make sure to carry someone along with you to help translate. Because although from what I understand, there are english speaking doctors there, you will be dealing with a myriad of people from receptionists, to clerks, to examiners, etc. So at some point, the language barrier would for sure become and issue.

  Mala muy atención y experiencia además llevo mas de 1 mes esperando para una cita con especialista en cornea Dra gensini y nunca hay agenda, por lo menos deberian anotar a los pacientes en lista de espera.

  El día 17 de enero de este año acudí a cita con el doctor Ricardo Pinzón y me dijo que me tenía que hacer una IRIDOTOMIA LASER EN AMBOS OJOS. Me dijeron que el trámite lo hacian internamente con mi EPS SUR. A principio del presente mes llamé a la secretaria del doctor Pinzón y ella me informó que ella no tenía ni idea y que me tenía que comunicar con el señor Pablo Ceballos a la extención 202 o con el señor Mario Tatis a la extensión 796 para que ellos me digan si ya está la autorización. Desde ese momento he tratado de comunicarme con alguno de los 2 y no ha sido posible que contesten la extensión. Les solicito de la manera más atenta me ayuden a agilizar esta orden.

  Quiero hacerme la cirugía refractaria. Hice todo el esfuerzo para lograr una cita por teléfono y por el formulario en internet. El formulario no quiere funcionar y sigue arrojando un error. Dice que mi teléfono no coincide. Por teléfono nadie contesta en ningún número que encuentro en internet. También he encontrado varios sitios en internet de la clínica oftalmológica en Cali qué están des actualizados. No entiendo por qué no bajan estas páginas. Con todo una experiencia que me costó varias horas sin resultados. Me va a tocar ir en persona para ver cuando me pueden dar una cita. Puede ser que el servicio de los médicos sea muy bueno. Pero para una persona a distancia es muy difícil de esta forma.
