this hotel is not what you see on the website, it look old the bed are so hard, the room I pay the same as my friend and she got a suit, and I have a simple room, only 2 towel in the bathroom, they are cheap with the water, and the food, the food that they have taste good but it wasn't different food, everyday was the same thing, they don't even allow the employee to drink a cup of juice with that hot weather, and to complete everything I lose my headphones and an underwear that I bought when I went to the city.
very disappointed with the hotel and the people from colombia they just want people money they try to rip off the tourist, some of the employee at the hotel they are great.

It's the only all-inclusive hotel in Colombia. Pleasant and comfortable.

Awful!!! Deceptive description, not a 5 star resort. I rarely write reviews, but for this hotel I need to! My husband and I went this past August to celebrate our anniversary, and participate in his large family reunion. We picked this location because his family is from Cartagena, but we wanted to stay at a location where we could feel like we were on vacation. FIRST: if you only speak English, good luck. The staff treats you like an idiot even if they understand you. My husband is Colombian, and that's how we found out the basics like where the gym is or how to get a towel-- there was no 5-star check-in experience. The staff is very discriminatory if you don't even try to speak Spanish (void of the bartenders at the 'adult only pool' they are such good people and made the few days we stayed tolerable). Food was entirely Buffett. If you enjoy hot dogs, canned seafood, and flies surrounding what you're about to put in your mouth, then maybe this is the place for you. The restaurants they advertised were deceptive and you need a reservation to eat the SAME FOOD they serve BUFFET style theoughout the day. Room service ?? Nope! There is an extra charge if you want anything during the day. Room service at night? You will get LEFTOVERS from the buffet! Amenities such as "minibar" = 2 skunked beers and 2 plastic bottles of water they refill with sink water!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We left early and stayed at a Hilton for the rest of our stay!

This Hotel was a complete waste of time. The first day we check and the problems start. First they made us wait 3 hours for our room to be ready. Once we finally got our room the AC was loud as hell with a constant loud buzz. OK so finally the solved that problem and finally I actually enjoyed the facilities for the evening. But the next day the problems started again. I was happily playing soccer when the security dog almost attacked me and destroyed my 60 dollar soccer ball. The management promised it would be replaced but inevitably it wasn't. The only thing nice about the hotel is the beach and a few of the staff. I must say the food is delicious and the restaurants were nice so that won't be a problem. The did in the end refund my money which is why I still give them a 3 star rating.
