Very nice staff; the rooms are sleek, modern, and clean; the views in the rooms and throughout the hotel are very nice; a guest with proper ID is allowed in for free as long as they don't overstay or use the pool, their food and drinks are delicious and freshly made (so be prepared for a sit-down meal, not fast food), their restaurant and kitchen are very clean, and their live band at night is fun!

Stay at this hotel!
In the Laureles section of Medellin, this hotel is in a superb location, has beautiful and spacious rooms and a great staff to match. The neighborhood is filled with terrific restaurants and nightspots.
It is a small modern hotel of only 45 rooms, so you never feel cramped in the lobby, restaurant or common areas. Our room was spacious, airy and fully equipped. There is a jaccuzi on the top floor where the view is spectacular
The breakfasts are plentiful and tasty, and the hotel has a full restaurant and bar where you can enjoy great food and drink.
Hats off in particular to Victor and Sergio. They are extremely attentive, kind, friendly and always there to help when we needed something.
Finally, the price of the room was so reasonable. This is a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price.response / report this review -

One of the finest hotels ive stayed in. Oscar & Javier at the front desk were very proffessional & helpful all throughout my stay. Victor & Omar the concierge spoke excellent English & were there to assist making my 11 day stay a relaxing & entertaining one
Last but not least the Restaurant staff & the bar tender's service was excellent. It was comfortable dining be it breakfast, lunch or dinner & they were always ready to serve up their finest & wide variety of cuisineresponse / report this review -

Its a nice hotel. But lacks of common sense when attending costumer needs and a lot of ppl see the pool area in the website and they think *this is included* but nope.
The pool its an additional service you need to pay for so be ready to dissapointment and expensive prices.
Anyways even its expensive when u try to bring a *guest* to your room since they charge more than 65$ or even more for that person that is not going to even sleep. And just staying 15 god damn minutes (visits are only possible in the common areas of the hotel).
anyways dont recommend this place, despite the fact its located in the 2nd park of laureles.

By the way the Night Recepcionist once Triggered the Fire Alarm in the whole hotel. Causing a lot of costumers started to panic and everyone just starting to call to reception and others to go down directly to ask about what the hell is going on here.
a vage apology was given from this person that triggered the alarm. Nothing was given back to all the costumers that got waken by a noisy alarm. And even if they will got something for the incident, they always seems to fix any issue/problem with a plate of fruits (What a pathetic and sad way to say Sorry) LOL
You clearly dont want to this happen to you tho so i recommend hotels nearby La 70 or even close by the Estadio's sector.response / report this review -

Stayed here in 2014 for one night. To this day - pleasant experience. Friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast. Very safe neighbourhood.

Great location, clean open rooms. Has minor design mistakes like no garbage bin in the washing area but I'd come back. Breakfast is simple but good.

Rooms are small and rather nice, but bathrooms are just awful. Staff is not helpful and very rude. They treat guests as thieves. All the nice swimming pools from pictures require additional fees. Visitors are allowed only after a very high fee, even if they just want to visit for 15 minutes.

Stayed here last year and I loved it. Clean rooms, Great breakfast, amazing views, I would go back in a heart beat. Taxis are very cheap, and there is a Burger King in front of the hotel.

Nice lobby . restaurant looks good. Checked on room price for arriving friend but decided on other hotel that didnt include the taxes and fees that inntu had.

Stayed from feb 13 to 21 2017. We were very happy. To start they provided early check in and as we waited brought us coffee in the lounge. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Entire staff was great and a special thank you to Joel and Jonathan. We received fedex package and were called as we were out for the day. They did everything possible to make us comfy and we would definitely stay here again. Very safe neighborhood and many places to eat and drink. I can go on for a long time saying beautiful things about Inntu and its staff. Spa and massage were great. Left valuables out and never anything missing. Felt as if we stayed with friends.

Good location and nice hotel but customers should be advised that not guess are permitted unless you pay an extra charge. I have been in several hotels around the world but i have never been charged for this. Be carefully when using their stuff, I was charged 30,000 pesos for a small towel because according them the towel was found very dirty !unbelievable!
WIFI was useless. During my stay i could not connect and check my stuff in my smartphone, I tried to use their computer but nobody knew the password. ¡Incredible! Worst customer service,
