Awful hotel, despite being shared next to a corpotate business building.
The rooms and facility is REALLLYYYY old !!!
The pics from the website may look like a joy of an hotel to stay but when you go there IRL. You will see how the hotel drastically lacks of style and is just ugly.
Top of that rooms prices are overrated to be an 5 star hotel, despite the fact as well the employees vaguely speak english *minimum the recepcionist desk may understand english* the employees are old and there's no fresh and young personel which is sad.
Good quiet hotel with all the trimmings you would expect from a hotel of this quality.
Location was a little out of the way, but very easy to get transport to other city locations.
We enjoyed our stay here.
+ welcoming staff, nice swimming pool, good facilities, nice breakfast. We really liked the live music in restaurant.
Good experience overall but after trying several places it is to me too expensive for the city.
I loved the service and the food. It was tasty and awesomely presented.
Quite expensive for usual citizens, but the QoS is great. Being usually ranked as one of Medellín's best, it proves the fact that life is a luxury. And, it lies in a quiet environment.
Not a great fan. It's ok for a quick stay but a bit cramped for a longer stay. Staff hardly speaks English.
I will never recomend thise place
we paid for one nigth and they didn't let us to
stay because i bring my us id rather my passport
Not a 5 Star service Hotel! I had ants in my room and the hotel didn't do anything about it, they kept saying it was my fault. Poor customer service. Would never go back to this hotel.
Great service in a quiet area not too far from the Zona Rosa.
The hotel's website rates themselves as 5 stars. It's not even close. A few examples: the check-in, lounging area, bar, restaurant, pool area and kitchen are all part of the same room. If you want to sit and have a quiet dinner, you have to contend with the noise from the kitchen, bar and pool. Some of the things from the restaurant - club sandwich served on bread, caesar salad with no caesar dressing, white wine when you order red, untoasted french bread, no people delivering coffee at breakfast, and a no-smile maitre-d. The room: brick-hard beds, no clock, no coffee maker, no towel bars, no hooks to hang wet clothes from pool. Reserervation: room reserved was unavailable. They charge an extra fee security. Never heard of a 5 star hotel doing that before. The hotel is far from any restaurants. If you'd like an expensive 3 star hotel, this is the place for you.
Good clean hotel. Good service and lots of english speaking employees. Nice breakfast too. Not much to walk down and shop or restaurant but cheap cab away. Nice new washrooms.
Great hotel. Good service. Nice swimming pool and gym as well. Good food. Of course you pay for it.. but it's good value for money knowing you're in Colombia
Very nice hotel. Good spacious and clean room. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
Very quiet secure and clean huge room an excellent breakfast. Staff respectful and super friendly
