Tried to book a room to end our south America trip. The man who opened the door would not invite us in and kept his arm across the door so we could not enter. We were immediately asked if we knew how expensive this hotel was and how did we know about the hotel. We can only assume because we had our backpacks with us. After implying we could not afford the hotel he told us he did not have a room free. Never been greeted like this when trying book a hotel room. Was incredibly rude, couldn't believe it.

Sobre et classieux sont les mots qui viennent à l'esprit pour cette hôtel aux chambres spacieuses et confortables. Idéalement placé dans le centre historique, voilà l'endroit parfait pour profiter de Carthagène.

The service is great, the people are very nice, and the upstairs rooms are awesome. You will not regret staying here. Walking distance to just about everything and though there is a hostel across the street, it is pretty quiet.

De lo mejor que existe para hospedarse en el centro histórico en Cartagena. Si quiere una estadía placentera, relajante y tranquila, con una atención impecable, éste es el lugar indicado.
