El hotel me encantó, tanto el muy buen trato de los empleados y las comodidades de las intalaciones. Tiene un estilo colonial muy simple que supera a cualquier hotel lujoso. Muy buena ubicación, eso es lo más importante.

Hotel simples, porém a intenção é conhecer a cidade, e não ficar no quarto. O café da manhã poderia ser muito melhor! Wi fi em todos os andares com sinal muito bom. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários.

Terrible service, we got there and they didn't have our room ready because they thought we were arriving a week later. Very loud, and dirty rooms.

Estive nesse hotel de 10 a 14 de junho. Em 11 de junho pIela manhã saí do hotel para fazer um city tour e deixei sobre a mesa do quarto do hotel uma câmara fotográfica. marca Navicity, verde, esportiva, portátil, carregando dentro de uma pequena bolsa, marca Givanchi. Ao retornar à tarde, verifiquei que a bolsa com a máquina, o cabo usb e o carregador portátil haviam sido subtraídos do quarto. Imediatamente comuniquei o fato à portaria do hotel e fui informada que só a camareira havia entrado no quarto e que nada poderia fazer. Sem nenhuma atitude por parte do hotel acionamos a polícia. Compareceram os patrulheiros Hermem Ovedo e Kelly Funez e nem B.O. fizeram. É dessa maneira que os turistas lá são tratados.

Hotel velho, péssima manutenção.

Great price in this area. The hotel is a bit outdated but it was clean and staff was polite. Breakfast was really poor for my taste, but not the worst.
Internet works well and rooms have enough space.

Excelente hotel, muy buena atencion de Doña Claudia la jefe y sus empleados, muy economico, central a todos los sitios turisticos e historicos (recomiendo venir o llamar para que salga precios economicos y no por agencias en internet. Felicitacione y muy agradecidos por su acogida.
