It's ok but nothing special. You can find cockroaches walking in your room. Food so so.

Incredible staff, they really went out of their way to help us. Nice, spacious rooms with a comfy bed, TV and good shower. Breakfast could have been improved with more variety

It is really a good place for students or individuals on tight budget. The receptionist Juana is really a wonderful person. She was really knowlgeble about the place and helped us around the city. The hotel staff were also really nice and sweet too. We did not speak any Spanish but they still took the time to listen to us. This is what makes Colombia a great city. At the end ranking and numbers is a stupid measurement to measure a country strength as it is very biased. That being said, I am 100% recommending all my Canadian and Malaysian brothers and sisters to stay here. It is worth your time to experience the culture of Colombia which is really unique and beautiful. :)

This hotel is placed in an old 4 floors building in the historic center of santa Marta. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom are clean and taking breakfast in is a good option!

Hotel au confort très moyen, notre chambre était au 4ème sans ascenseur. Le petit dejeuner était mauvais et mal servi ( 1 h d'attente en moyenne). Nous avons quitté l'hôtel en payant des frais d'annulation.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice view from the shower window. Deluxe room with AC for 70 000 COP. I was paying 50k COP for a hostal with 3 other strangers.
