Went to enjoy their happy hour menu on February, when seated we had to request the happy hour menu as the staff would hand you the regular prices for the same items, staff was just unprofessional, waited for almost an hour for the food and after trying to call the attention of the staff for about 15 min had to stand up to refill my own drink.

The restaurant was half empty and there was no reason for the harsh treatment as we were not putting pressure on them or anything.

When the bill came the waiter confronted me because I left only half of the recommended tip

Not a good experience at all, my partner and me usually visit the Hard Rocks while traveling and always have a pleasant experience.

Hopefully the main brand does something with that staff cause it was just insulting.

Cool place. But you have to go up some fairly tough stairs. Everybody's willing to help.

Air conditioned inside but my favourite place to sit in on the little balconies and people watch. Buy a 2x1 cocktail to keep yourself cool and sit back and relax

Very regular. Fajitas were so bad, the beef was soooooooooo hard, impossible to chew. My beef from fajitas was so hard too. Barely any meat to put in the tortillas, I don't know why they gave us 4?

I don't know why I came here, honestly. The service was so bad as well, no refills and the waitress forgot the order of 2 people in our group.

So gross! Eat the typical food of the coast of Colombia instead!

This restaurant was somewhat of a disappointment. The location was good but quite frankly our waitress definitely pulled on on us. She claimed she didn't charge for additional cokes after the day that she had brought the receipt. Once she brought the receipt for $228.000 pesos she said then said that the total was $260 but never changed the receipt. Instead she barged the rest to my card. I paid $100 cash and then she charged $160 to my card. This is done to get a higher tip on this of the $20 already added to the tab. The burgers were somewhat dry. Will not be going there again during my stay in Cartagena in the future.

Staff were friendly enough if a little slow, didn't pay to go upstairs as the live music sounded pretty rubbish - after one rock song they changed the music in the bar to terrible pop music so not hard rock at all!

Nice place for all cruise ship tourists. They have air condition, local beer, free wifi, a lot stuff to see, friendly personall, no inflated prices at all and they show european soccer live on TV ;-)

Wanted comfort food for a change of pace. Cheeseburger and club sandwich. The cheese was the sliced kind , not even properly melted, for shame. The club sandwich had no mayo or any kind of sauce. And they had the nerve to charge their usual jacked up prices.
