Location excellent, hotel clean and modern, wonderful bed. Great water pressure in shower although the fixed head/temperature lever is a bit annoying. Helpful staff. Continental (ish) breakfast buffet is disappointing, and cramped getting food when there are lots of people, but it didn't spoil my stay. I will be happy to return.

Great hotel!!! Richard at the front desk was very helpful, nice and professional. And i believe his name was Jorge or Jose the door security was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and gave me great tips on what to do and avoid at the beach. Very clean and modern hotel. Lobby located on the 16 floor with included continental breakfast which makes great views. Rooftop pool so I couldn't ask for more!

Modern and clean. Chaotic around breakfast with a lot of stuff missing. Asked for some fruits/coffee before a 5am flight and they didn't accept my request. I've stayed at many Hampton by Hilton and this one was my least favorite.

Is a very good hotel, lobby is on the 16th floor with an awesome view, the pool on the roof. Breakfast buffet is great. Rooms are cozy.

The elevator broke down and was very slow. Air conditioned rooms are slow to cool. Reception and breakfast area is on the 16th floor. Nice views see my photos.

Being Hilton's less expensive option it is way down on Marriott's Courtyards or Sheraton's 4 Points. Bring your own water and just expect scrambled eggs, sausage, some fruit and cereals ans sliced bread for breakfast. In the country with the best coffee in the world, coffee is powdered (Nescafe) so avoid it. Internet access works.

Good location on bocagrande near the beaches. Short taxi to walled city and getsemani. Hotel is newer and staff is friendly. As always they have breakfast for everyone at Hampton inn. Good selection with eggs and sausages, fresh fruits and breads. Two different fresh fruit juices and coffee available too. There is a gym and rooftop pool too.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, but there was broken glass in a corner of the bathroom floor from a previos guest that the maid service obviously did not take the time to clean up properly- safety hazard with shards of glass where you walk with bare feet! The included breakfast buffet does have a good offering, but it is a zoo to get your food. The food is in a tiny space with crowded counters while at any moment 15 different guest ares trying to load up their plates. The gym had no door so the AC system was barely able to lower the air temperature and 90 degrees is not conducive to working out. The pool area is not relaxing at all- there are hardly any chairs and they blast reggaeton/hip-hop so you can't even just mellow or have a conversation. It annoyed me that there were only two elevators (which replayed non-stop Justin Beiber's "Sorry"!) to service the 17 floors- lots of waiting for the elevator. They should have a stair option that won't sound an alarm if you try to use it or more elevators.
