Best Hotel in Villavicencio. The swimming pool area is just stunning! It was my favorite part of the hotel. I really liked also that my room had a huge balcony with an amazing view.

Me gusto este hotel, me gusto la atención que han brindado, las personas son muy gentiles y siempre están dispuestas a ayudar con cualquier cosa. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, las camas muy cómodas todo muy limpio, habitaciones con aire acondicionado, los baños igual de agradables. Una cosa que no me gusto es que el extractor de olores en el baño siempre está encendido, no hay manera de apagarlo y este genera un ruido que en la noche incomoda mucho, por esta razón pongo 4 estrellas, de resto todo muy bien, las habitaciones grandes y comodas, la comida que ofrecieron también estuvo muy buena, recomendado.

Es un excelente hotel con habitaciones muy confortables al igual que los espacios de piscina y zonas humedad, el desayuno Buffet fue muy completo y balanceado. Sitio muy recomendado

Hotel muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, cómodo, sus zonas húmedas son de lo mejor: Sauna, turco, piscina, jacuzzy, un buen lugar para descansar. El personal es atento y está pendiente de atender a sus huéspedes.

I have been a guest at the Grand Hotel several times. I always enjoy staying there and look forward to my next visit when I am in Villavicencio on business. The hotel is located in the city center and is near numerous restaurants and shopping. The staff is the hotel's greatest asset as they are always very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, the restaurant is good and the other amenities are enjoyable. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel!
