It seemed that all of the Cartagena residents were here on a Wednesday night, and it took about 20 minutes to get through checkout. Other shoppers told my son to buy his 1 non-food item at the pharmacy counter, but when he went there he couldn't find a clerk. It is a very large store and may have good prices and variety, if you are patient.
