A wonderful short stay here. Overall service is great. I specially like the interior design. Not super luxury (unnecessary), but very cosy, classic and detail.

Very good hotel. Not the most adequate hotel for staying in Bogotá for business but otherwise impeccable rooms, meals and services. Check-in and check-out could be faster (probably this is due to the hotel not being typically used by business and more for the luxury leisure traveler).

Tried the spa 4 times. Never connected. Prices not advertised and actually impossible to make a reservation Four Seasons should at the very least have better phone service.

Its a very confortable place.. Beautiful rooms, beautiful restaurant.. The attention its the most important here, never miss a smile! Lovely place!

Nice centrally located boutique hotel with good food and excellent service. The gym is typical for this type of place. Staff has been super so far.

I have had the opportunity to stay here during the times I would visit Colombia before moving to Bogotá from the States, and the Four Seasons Casa Medina has a very rustic feel to it, without losing its expensive feel and design.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. The only down side is there is No A/C. Not a big deal if you're not heat sensitive while you sleep.
