Excellent and safe location. Hotel seemed to be mostly frequented by local business travellers, which is usually a good sign. The popular touristy steakhouse Andrés D.C. is walking distance, just two corners away in the El Retiro shopping complex -- very handy, especially if you're on a short visit to Bogotá.

The Hotel didn't refill the personal bath items (shampoo, soap, etc). The staff are confusing and made a reservation for a meeting room and after 1 hour they just cancelled without warning. The gym have only aerobic items and the jogging machine doesn't work well and have a limited time to use (commercial hours). The breakfast is OK and have a nicely team to serve you on attendance. It didn't count our Le Club points, as a Silver Member, because we booked our staying by a travel company.

Have been there many times in the past several years. The hotel has a great location, and the staff is nice and helpful. But last time I stayed I found the facilities a bit deteriorated.

Es un hotel bastante sencillo. Hotel de negocios en un buen barrio, cerca a la zona T. Sin embargo pueden mejorar su servicio
