Excellent attention from the lobby, restaurant and room service personal! During a short walk you could reach Parque Virrey and Los Andes Mall.

Nice place with hot water and a kind staff in a good neighborhood in walking distance from a myriad of great restaurants. Beds are mediocre but the place is clean and has an abundance of hot water:-)

The wifi isn't so good, but the toilette is maravilous. The service is good but at the lunch we have to eat only one time ( we pick the food and if we want to pick more food we can't) The breakfast is not so good. The room is so beautiful.

The Hotel does not have air conditioning. On weekends the near by clubs play the music till the crack of dawn. The sauna never worked requested about it several times and the reception desk blows you off. The gym is pretty small and has your basic gym equipment.
