El Hotel ubicado en el sector el Tabalazo, a diferencia del resto del municipio tiene promedio temperatura de 11°C, frío, lo cual se compensa con la atención. El staff está muy pendiente de los huéspedes, preguntando constantemente que requieren. Tiene parqueadero, pisicna y una hermosa vista

Pague $ 60.000 por una "decoración de cumpleaños" en la cual se suponía q estaba incluido un letrero q no Vi por ningún lado, la torta estaba vinagre y dura la devolví y no me reconocieron ni un centavo, en resumidas cuentas las bombas más costosas de mi vida. Y con respecto a las instalaciones les falta mucho cuidado, el jacuzzi no funciona y las instalaciones en general carecen de mantenimiento.

This place is more like a sad hostel, not a resort as it claims to be. All of the amenities are run-down - the pool had a layer of film on the tiles as well as the top of the water, the basketball court concrete is coming apart, the sauna was unusable and smelled like turpentine, the grill looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, there are no fans or AC in the rooms and they smelled moldy, etc. We ate dinner and it took over an hour to cook rice. Every other place we stayed at in Colombia had excellent hospitality, except for this place.

Mi familia y yo pasamos la noche del 31 de diciembre allí y nos encantó. Es pequeño pero las instalaciones son acogedoras y el servicio excelente. Quedamos muy contentos y agradecidos.

Un excelente lugar para alejarse del ruido citadino, se respira paz, tranquilidad y la atención es agradable y con esmero. Además la vista y el paisaje campestre es muy bonito.

Una finquita en medio de una montaña, tiene 4 niveles. Son muy amables, el pan y las arepas son deliciosas. Percibo todo un poco estrecho. Buscan hacer todo agradable. Muy tolerantes y ambles con huéspedes pesados

Stayed here for 1 night to be close to the airport, having missed a flight.

+ves: Nice staff

-ves:
-Over 35minute drive from the airport
-Damp, cold room
-Wifi didn't work in the room
-uber drivers had trouble finding the location-"no road name"
-no English speakers on reception

Advice: Only stay here as a last resort.
