Personalmente no me gusto el trato. Viaje desde Medellín hice reserva y cuando llegue me dijeron que no había cuarto. Uhmmm deja mucho que pensar cuando no hay respeto por los huéspedes. Cuidado no pierdan el viaje que no vale la pena.

This is a nice hotel, spacious rooms with friendly staff. The only complaint I have which for me is a big one was their beds. I stayed in a jr sweer. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. They are extrememly firm. I feel like my entire body is out of aline. For those of you who care there was no ac or heater. The temperature is very nice year round so you dont really need it. One last thing. There was no hot water. The hot water for sink or shower was room temperature.

I'd give it a 3.5 rating. Location is superb but accomodations could be improved even though from the outside it looks quite good.

Overpriced, noisy, no hot water, and bad wifi! We got woken up just before 7am by the construction and renovation they having going on at the moment. There was no hot water in the shower and the wifi was hit and miss. When I went to the front desk to talk to them about the noise they had me fill out a form. When I followed up by email they said I should have spoken to them and they would have upgraded me? A little too late. Found the prices very high for what you get. There are much nicer places around the area. Dont recommend!

We had an excellent room with a wall of windows and a jacuzzi tub overlooking the beautiful view. Service was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great arctitectual features, beautiful pool and jacuzzi but the room was overcrowded with bulky furniture, no climate control, not even a fan. The bed and bedding below par and the room had a slight musty smell. This hotel has everything for a great vacation getaway apart from the room.
