Privileged location. Excellent service. Free breakfast was wonderful.
Good hotel with large rooms (or at least mine was) and good customer service - they do a turn down service at night! Good breakfast. A small gym (don’t expect much) and a roof top pool which wasn’t used by any one once when I was there. Right in the middle of a built up area so don’t expect much of a view
We had a family gathering and they made it memorable. Good service and good food.
Estelar is always my home sweet home in Bogotá!
Nice hotel to stay in Bogotá on business.
Excellent location, just few meters from 93 park. Very kind and useful staff. Excellent breakfast, including colombian dishes. Free park car. Some noise at night during weekends.
Best location in Bogotá! Within walking distance to many restaurants. Comfortable beds, with spacious suites.
Enjoyed the ambiance and the staff were awesome. My Spanish is more than rusty, but they went out of their way to find me a translator when mine wasn't available. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was awesome, and the patio gives a lovely view of parts of the city.
Nice place with a beautifull terace on the top of the building
Great hotel in nice area close to Parque de la 93. Nice rooms and roof terrace.
Excellent place for the price. Room clean and spacious. Recommend for business travelers.
I would RECOMMEND this hotel to ANYONE ! The HOTEL is 5 stars because of SERVICE !! The rooms and food are very good as well. The General Manager Mr. Valencia greeted me in the lobby and was super friendly offering his services. His staff from Martha to the operational manager Mr. Esteban was excellent. The Bellman were great as well Sebastian and Freddy! In fact, it was the Bellman who toured me around the hotel and convinced me to stay at the hotel. Furthermore, the front desk was assisting me on receiving a refund from the Estelar Hotel in Santa Marta because I only stayed one night of the five days and four nights that I paid for in advance.
Incredibly professional staff and I wish I could live in that hotel !! GOD BLESS!!
