Nice clean rooms, excellent customer service. I loved the style of the hotel. Nicely reserved condition of the lobby, rooms and common areas. The lady at the reception spoke English that was a nice relief after a few bad experiences earlier. A bit tricky to find the entrance though!

Nice design, location and decent breakfast, that's the good. The rest, not so good. The hotel is an echo chamber if your room is in the central part of the hotel. The bell rings all hours, voices echo up the walls. One morning from 6am I couldn't sleep due to the constant chatter of the staff. There is no rooftop pool and, in fact, even though they advertise as having 2 pools, one can be designated private at the whim of the adjacent guest leaving only one pool at reception with no sunlight. Overall, a disappointing stay; there are much better hotels for the price.

A very expensive a noisy place. Two days in a row music was unbearably loud. Only the second day my complains were heard and I was moved to another room only 4 hours sleep in 48 hours thanks to the lack of actuon. They rent two rooms knowing the noise level is not acceptable for a decent night. Be aware I can sleep with lots of noise but this was unbearable!
Shame for such an expensive hotel!

It's an old colonial home created into a small hotel. We had the small twin room but as it was just off a living room with access to balcony and terrace it did not feel small at all. It was clean, cool and the shower was partially outside (second floor room)
The staff do not speak English, however they were still helpful and attentive. Great breakfast in the morning.
