I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay involved checking out for two days and then returning. The Staff made this a very smooth process. I sampled one of the new food offerings in the Venus Lounge and it was very good. As with most all of my visits, I was approached by Kelly Zhang, the GM. She asked about my stay and offered her assistance if needed. She has always done this even in her previous roles at this hotel. Several new staff members introduced themselves to me and greeted me by name each time they saw me following that initial introduction.

Very polite service, from cleaning ladies up to management. I have been already 6 time in this hotel, two time more than 20 days, only good experiences.

Just perfect!

What I like:
+ Big rooms
+ everything is very clean
+ great bathroom
+ Frindly Employees
+ Breakfast with a huge choise
+ Everything what you need is near to you

What I dont like:
- maybe more european Breakfast ;)
