전체적으로 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋음 하지만 식당 운영시간등이 너무 유동적인 부분튼 아쉬움 총 5박 해본 경험^^

First impression was good. Then from there was downhill and fast. This place is good to stay if no need to customer service or common sense. Was promised a plate of fruit due to membership status. it showed up as I was headed out to check out. Went to dinner with coworker and bill came to a total of 1352 but they only ran 1000 on card I asked them to add it to room bill and would pay all in morning at check out. Nope that couldn't happen,
So now when I see their advert talking about how they value customer service and it is about making all right it brings a smile to my face.
So now is start to look. It was obvious to all the the breakfast menu had been in room for a bit and as it is on bed its been slept on very wrinkled and bent. Noticed at breakfast creamer lip was chipped no concern of wait staff when pointed it out. Check out was a whole other process that needed improvement. When offered cookie I refused it and told clerk it means nothing and you don't follow your rules. Won't be staying here again and have already talked to my client and they won't book into there again.response / report this review
