Loved my stay here, simplistic design and clean. The one star short is the fact that you can start noticing some wear and tear specifically in the pool and cafe. The shower was a bit odd, since the glass would only cover half the area so it was bound to sprinkle everywhere. Breakfast was good but the bread could have been tastier considering it's a Swiss hotel chain, strangely on weekends the spread reduced to a minimum. Service was attentive and the noodle bar a great plus.

This hotel is at the top of the list for hotels in Kunshan. The clothes cleaning service is very convenient and fast, and the rooms are large and climate controlled. Staff is very friendly, and the buffet and the restaurant are top notch. The buffet gets very busy on weekend mornings, when it appears the locals make it a tradition to dine at the hotel.

Clean and comfy hotel but the choice for breakfast is not that much as the Swissotel Shanghai. The Eagle Bar just one block next to the Hotel. A good Filipino Band playing very good music in there.

Excellent rooms (some oldfashioned but well maintained), Good Sport equipment and pool.. friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet.. next time again..

Good experience at the hotel during my one week stay. Complimentary breakfast is good with a wide variety. Rooms are great with a good view of the surroundings.
