Nice garden! Kinda busy even though weather was bad. English explanations based on QR code did not work

    Waste of time and money

You pay 40 RMB to go into someone's old home. Yeah it has a small pond and lots of artificial rock formations but so what? You can see the same in larger scale everywhere in China for free. Lots of rooms inside, all the same. Definitely not worth more than 10 RMB and certainly a waste of time you can use seeing much nicer places

Not very big, good if you have only 1-2 hrs time and want to see a classical Chinese garden arrangement.

Splendid garden, top attraction in Suzhou, do not miss it. One hour is enough. Opportunity for nice photographs. Highly recommended._

Enjoyed the stonework and numerous plants / trees.
Avoid going on a Chinese holiday period - it will be crammed with people and the experience will be horrible.
