Great hotel, with an outdoor pool (which is a little too cold). Get an executive room for lounge access, which is great value for the food and drinks. Breakfast was also a highlight.

Solid 4 stars. Good breakfast buffet. Good facilities. Good value. Still some rough edges though: 1) wait staff too eager to clear plates from table, 2) housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:30PM to turndown the bed, 3) requested for no smoking room but ended up on a floor that is heavy with stench of cigarette smoke, 4) not great noise proofing between the rooms, and 5) nice gym facility but is too dark. Location is good. With exception of peak hours, it is quite easy to get a taxi. Drawback is because of the layout of the driveway, you would have to walk down to the street side to hail a cab. This sucks if it is raining

Good value for the clean non smoking room. Hotel also offers decent facility to exercise. 5 minute walk to metro. Maybe one of the best breakfast buffet i had in any shanghai hotel i stayed in. 3rd time staying here, this time water pressure not so great.

Very nice room. Good breakfast buffet selection and room service. Not able to rate staff's English ability. Minimal interaction.

A really nice hotel.
Rooms are spacious and light.
Breakfast is lacking somewhat if you want to mix your own muesli.
Apart from that there is not much to complain about.
A plus is the close location to a subway station.response / report this review
