On the second look the place is pretty worn down. There was mold in the bath room and power sockets were loose.
The staff is friendly and speaks English. MagLev is easz reachable and SSRF and Shanghai Institute of Technology is 10min walk away.

Nice hotel, and on walking distance from the technology center of Shanghai. Swimming pool is quite nice, the gym is a bit outdated.
During summer time, the climate control is good, but during spring or Autumn it is often switched off, making your room very hot, hence four stars instead of five

Wonderful staff. They helped me design my own tours, and we're both innovative and patient. Functional lap pool with connected jacuzzi and workout facilities. Great variety at breakfast. Dinner menu adequate. Rooms great.
