Horrible horrible hotel - can't believe it is a '3 star hotel'. This is doing damage to the Ibis brand. I stayed here for eight nights, here are some of the issues:
1. Flooded toilet bowl on my last day.
2. Dirty rooms with cracks and stains.
3. Extremely bad cleaning standards (basically, they don't clean; they just clear the trash.
4. Paper wall rooms with zero sound proofing. You hear EVERYTHING.
5. Although it is non-smoking, people smoke all the time. Everywhere. In the rooms, corridors. Even in the SINGLE lift available. Notifying the staff is met simply with a shrug of the shoulder.
6. I actually didn't feel safe. There are lots of 'short term' guests (1-3 hours) and many are savoury characters.
7. Related to my above point. I returned to my room once at 530pm to hear the room next door having very loud intercourse. Also, heard them leaving and washing up at 6pm. Note: The 'pornographic warning' label near the phone is a giveaway. This place is like a low class motel!
8. Constant stink emanating from the toilet.
9. No shampoo.
10. The bed is extremely hard - like a wooden plank. I kid you not, my bones were aching from sleeping there and I endured this for 8 nights.response / report this review -

a catastrophy! very disgusting placed in a very bad area, a lady who was assigned her own swiping card managed to get into my room. very disappointed when you know the western ibis standard!
