The staff was very polite and quick with any questions I had. I was a bit concerned that understanding English only would be a problem but I was wrong. The staffs English was very good and were very helpful. I was very satisfied with my time here.

Good
Initially when we came we wanted to check in at 3 however we were forced the wait over an hour before a room could become available which was frustrating, HOWEVER I want to commend the staff members for more than making it up for us, we were given a larger room with a grand living room and balcony. Furthermore we were given delicious egg tarts, a small bag of hand creams and perfumes and a personal letter to apologize. This showes excellent service and highlights the capability and competence of the team. Very well done. Other good points includes it being fairly isolated and quite quiet. Some people may like that, it's certainly not as hectic as other hotel lobbies where there are literally hundreds of people!

Bad points, there were very few. Strangely I wasn't allowed to nap in the lobby when waiting for my friend. It's not necessarily bad but I can understand. Other than that, there weren't many bad points.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and fantastic room. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I wish we had spent more time there. Definitely going to stay there again when we return to Macau.

It doesn't look so big and grand but once you enter the property. It'll take away your breath. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms interior is contemporary yet stylish. This place is perfect blend of today's style with contemporary designs.

Excellent Hotel for families with young children. Very attentive staff who take the effort to get to know you and give it that family feel. The room was also child proofed which was a nice touch.

OUTSTANDING service. Great location. Amazing foods. I would recommend Four Seasons over any hotels.
Julieta Guerreiro, a guest relations assistant manager, and her team communicated with me in advance before arrival to comply with my requests. Needless to say, OUTSTANDING service. As a part of honeymoon surprise, a red rose bouquet on arrival, a bottle of champagne with chocolates, rose petals around bathtub, etcs..flawless thoughtful services. Other than services, great selection of restaurants with outstanding dishes, very private casino, great breakfast, and the hotel is connected with Venetian hotel, 10 minutes from the ferry terminal by car.
