  Decent room but got the sense that it was slightly outdated and could do with some refurbishment. Room was clean and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. 3 stars only due to the finishings of the room and passages lacking.

  location is convenient, service was not satisfactory enough, not too many choice of drinks in the lounge, facilities need to be maintained.

  The staff was friendly and quick. They only had one beer on tap, Heineken. The don't was very comfortable sofa chairs so it wasn't a total loss.
